Dear Neighbors — spring is here, and there is a great deal of exciting momentum across Greystone. We are pleased to welcome Mike Udan to the HOA Board in the role of Secretary. Mike brings dedication and enthusiasm to the position, and we look forward to the perspective he will bring to our team.
On the community front, construction of the final remaining phase is nearing completion — a significant milestone for Greystone as we move through the transition from developer to homeowner association governance. Alongside that, spring cleanup and maintenance activities are well underway throughout the community, and you will continue to see crews active across our common areas in the weeks ahead.

Joint meeting with West Goshen Township (WGT) regarding community transition. All board members expected to attend.
Kickoff meeting with Kipcon for community transition and reserve study. Details to be confirmed with board members.
Kickoff meeting with Davey Tree for the community-wide tree survey. Survey findings will inform upcoming maintenance planning.
Street sign re-installation at the Fitzgerald/Sarayon intersection is currently underway. Updates to follow upon completion.
Fence repair work behind Twain is in progress. The board is actively coordinating with contractors to complete the repair promptly.
Community-wide spring maintenance underway — mulching, planting, and fertilizing across all common areas and green spaces.
Twins and Towns are prohibited from parking on the street and must utilize their garage and driveway for their vehicles. The overflow parking area is reserved for Guests/Visitors and any vehicle parked there must be moved within 24 hours. Vehicles beyond this are subject to towing per HOA policy.
10 PM–8 AM weekdays. 11 PM–9 AM weekends. Please be respectful of your neighbors.
Written HOA approval is required prior to any external changes — landscaping, fencing, exterior lighting, structural modifications, etc.
All pets must be leashed in common areas. Waste stations are located throughout Greystone and along the trails. Pet waste must be immediately picked up, bagged, and disposed of.
